Frequently Asked Questions

How can I earn credits?

You can earn between 1,000 and 2,000 credits for reviewing other books and 500 credits for approving reviews on your own books. Additionally, if someone signs up using your referral link, you will receive 5,000 bonus points, which will be converted to credits, but only if you are on a paid plan. The person signing up with your referral link will also earn 1,000 bonus points.

What exactly are bonus points?

Bonus points are points that can be collected only via special ways or at certain times, and are shown on your profile. If you are on a paid plan, these bonus points are converted to credits after each login that you can spend later on.

Are the submitted reviews directly on my Amazon book listing?

Yes, all reviews are posted directly to your book listing by our reviewers. While Amazon is our primary target, you can also add books from other pages - you just need to provide the respective link.

How do I access the service?

Click here to go directly to the app dashboard, where you can request reviews for your own book and review other books to earn credits.

Can't I use Pubby instead?

Of course, you can use Pubby, but why choose one over the other when you can use both? BookReviewPro and Pubby are not mutually exclusive; they complement each other. By leveraging both platforms, you can maximize the number of reviews for your book. Remember, the more reviews, the better!

Do I have a free trial?

Yes, all plans start with a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time to avoid a payment. All the reviews you have submitted will stay on the respective platform.

What's the refund policy?

Within the free trial nothing is charged. After that you have to decide between a monthly and a yearly subscription. Both can be cancelled anytime and after the expiration date nothing will be charged again.

What file types and genres do you accept?

We accept both .epub and .pdf file types. We accept all book genres.

What about low-content books?

We get that question quite often, but of course: You can upload low-content books like coloring books, log books, journals, planners, puzzles etc. You can upload any book type from any genre.

Who will have access to my book/manuscript?

Only reviewers who have agreed to review your book will be able to access your manuscript. We do not show or expose any data to public users or external services. Your profile and books will have no public listing that can be searched, crawled, or linked to by external services like Google or Amazon.

Is there a limit to how many reviews I can request per day?

No, there is no limit. As long as you have enough credits, you can request as many reviews as you want.

Is there a limit to how many books I can review per day?

Yes, there is a limit. You can only review 3 books per day because we believe this allows adequate time for a thorough review. Reviewing more than 3 books per day does not seem legitimate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

When logged in, go to account settings and manage your subscription. You can also download invoices or switch plans.

If I cancel my subscription, what happens to my reviews and credits?

If you cancel your subscription or free trial, your reviews will remain on Amazon or any other platform. We will also keep a record of your reviews and credits, so if you decide to return to our platform in the future, everything can be restored.

Can credits be converted into real money?

No, credits you earn in the app via referral or by reviewing/approving other books can never be converted or refunded in real world money. These credits are only intended for use within the app, such as requesting new reviews for your own books.
